These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website operated by LAC AUTO SERVICE L.L.C (“Luxury Performance Parts - LXP”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) and the purchase of products through our online store.

By accessing our website and purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

The company specializes in the supply and distribution of premium automotive performance parts, accessories, and related products for luxury and high-performance vehicles.

 

2. Products and Availability

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability.

Certain products may be stocked items available directly from our inventory, while others may be special order items sourced from international manufacturers and suppliers.

Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.

 

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on the website are listed in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without prior notice due to supplier pricing adjustments, exchange rate changes, or availability.

LXP reserves the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.

 

4. Orders

Once an order is placed, customers will receive an order confirmation.

Orders are considered accepted only once payment has been successfully processed and the order has been confirmed by LXP.

LXP reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if:

  • Product availability changes
  • Pricing errors occur
  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • Payment authorization fails

 

5. Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations depend on the stage of the order process.

Before Order is Placed with Supplier

If a customer decides to cancel an order before LXP places the order with the supplier, the order can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

After Order is Placed with Supplier

If LXP has already placed the order with the supplier:

  • Cancellation will be subject to the supplier's cancellation terms
  • Some suppliers may charge order cancellation fees
  • These fees will be deducted from the refund amount

If the supplier cannot cancel the order, LXP will unfortunately not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund.

 

6. Refund and Return Policy

B2C Customers (Private Customers)

Customers purchasing as private consumers may return products purchased from LXP stock under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused
  • Products must be in original condition
  • Packaging must be undamaged
  • Return request must be made within 7 days from the order date

Once the returned items are inspected and approved, a refund will be issued.

 

B2B Customers (Business Customers)

Business customers purchasing from LXP stock may return products under the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused
  • Packaging must be undamaged
  • Return request must be made within 7 days from the collection date

A 10% restocking fee will apply to returned items.

However, same-day returns of products purchased from LXP stock will not incur any restocking fee.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Special Orders

Items that are not part of LXP stock and are ordered specifically for a customer from a supplier are not eligible for return or refund.

These products are purchased on a special-order basis and cannot be resold.

 

7. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Product availability
  • Supplier lead times
  • International shipping conditions
  • Customs clearance procedures

LXP works with international suppliers and logistics partners to ensure efficient delivery.

However, LXP is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, shipping carriers, or customs authorities.

 

8. Supplier Delays

If a supplier extends the lead time or shipping is delayed due to production or logistics issues, LXP cannot be held responsible for such delays.

Supplier delays do not qualify as a reason for order cancellation or refunds.

 

9. Product Installation

Many products sold by LXP are high-performance automotive components.

Professional installation by qualified technicians is strongly recommended.

LXP is not responsible for damages caused by:

  • Incorrect installation
  • Improper use
  • Vehicle incompatibility
  • Unauthorized modifications

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their vehicle before purchase.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

LXP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products purchased from our store.

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

 

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including images, logos, text, and product descriptions, are the property of LAC AUTO SERVICE LLC or its partners and may not be reproduced without permission.

 

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from the use of this website or purchase of products shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
