Stock Items

Products that are available in LXP stock will generally be processed and prepared for shipping within 1–2 business daysafter payment confirmation.

1–3 business days depending on location.

International Orders
3–10 business days depending on destination and courier service.

 

Special Order Items

Some products available on our website are not stocked locally and are ordered directly from international suppliers and manufacturers.

Lead times for special orders depend on:

Damaged Packages

If a package arrives visibly damaged:

  3. Our team should be contacted as soon as possible for assistance.

Damage claims must be reported promptly to allow investigation with the shipping carrier.

 

Lost Shipments

In the rare case of a lost shipment, LXP will coordinate with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
