Refund & Return Policy

This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made from LXP, operated by LAC AUTO SERVICE LLC (“Luxury Performance Parts”).

Due to the nature of high-performance automotive components and international supplier sourcing, specific return and cancellation conditions apply.

 

Returns for Stock Items

Products purchased from LXP stock may be eligible for return under the following conditions.

B2C Customers (Private Customers)

Private customers may return products purchased from LXP stock if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product is in original condition
  • The original packaging is undamaged
  • The return request is made within 7 days from the order date

Once the returned item is received and inspected, an eligible refund will be processed.

 

B2B Customers (Business Customers)

Business customers may return products purchased from LXP stock if:

  • The product is unused
  • The product remains in original condition
  • The original packaging is undamaged
  • The return request is made within 7 days from the collection date

10% restocking fee will apply to returned items.

However:

Same-day returns of products purchased from LXP stock will not incur a restocking fee.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following products cannot be returned or refunded:

Special Order Products

Products that are not part of LXP stock and are ordered specifically for the customer from international suppliers or manufacturers.

These items are ordered on a custom or special-order basis and therefore are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Order Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations depend on the stage of the order process.

Before Order is Placed with Supplier

If a customer cancels an order before LXP places the order with the supplier, a full refund can be issued.

 

After Order is Placed with Supplier

If LXP has already placed the order with the supplier:

  • Cancellation will be subject to the supplier's cancellation policy
  • Some suppliers may charge order cancellation fees
  • These fees may be deducted from the refund amount

If the supplier cannot cancel the order, LXP will not be able to cancel the order or issue a refund.

 

Supplier Lead Time & Shipping Delays

Many products sold by LXP are sourced from international performance manufacturers.

If a supplier:

  • Extends the production lead time
  • Experiences shipping delays
  • Encounters logistics disruptions

LXP cannot be held responsible for such delays.

Supplier lead time changes or shipping delays are not grounds for order cancellation or refunds.

 

Return Process

To request a return, customers must contact our team and provide:

  • Order number
  • Product name or part number
  • Reason for return

Our team will provide instructions for the return process.

Returns must not be shipped without prior approval.

 

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers and banking institutions.
